Miller home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Miller rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Miller in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Miller for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,613, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
