Miller home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Miller rose by $26,300 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 15.6% increase over the $168,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Miller in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Miller for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,613, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
