• Laurie Moore petitioned the Alton City Council for a special use permit at the property identified by permanent parcel number 23-2-07-10-12-201-019, Township 5 North, Section 10, Range 10 West of the Third Principal Meridian, also known as 370 McInerney, Alton, Illinois, for a guest house.
• CR Solar petitioned the Alton City Council for a special use permit at the property identified by permanent parcel number 23-2-08-18-10-102-005, Township 5 North, also known as 2611 Yager, Alton, Illinois, for solar panels.
• Laid over request – Dionneshae Forland for a special use permit at 3214 E. Broadway to operate a craft grower facility within leased property.
• Valerie Davis petitioned the Alton City Council for a special use permit at the property identified by permanent parcel number 23-2-07-02-08-201-011, Township 5 North, Section NE 1⁄4 Section 2, Range 10 West of the Third Principal Meridian, also known as 4134 A Alby Street, Alton, Illinois, for a used car dealership office.
