City of Granite City Economic Development & Negotiations Committee met Oct. 6.

Alderman Elliott called the Economic Development & Negotiations Committee Meeting to order and turn over to City Attorney Konzen.
Konzen stated that he was taking care of the 2644 Adams property and Madison County want us to take over 2628 Sheridan; I have also found out that the neighbor would like to purchase.
MOTION By Elliott to approve tonight the Ordinance to authorize an offer of purchase for 2628 Sheridan. ALL VOTED YES, Motion Carried.
Discussion about other properties in the City.
MOTION By Elliot second by Jackstadt to Adjourn the Economic Development & Negotiations Committee Meeting. ALL VOTED YES, Motion Carried.
