Mayor Eckert called this meeting to order.
City Clerk Meyer called roll. Members present on roll call: Alderman Hazel, Alderwoman Duco, Alderman Puss, Alderman Randle, Alderman Ferguson, Alderman Ovian, Alderman Dintelman, Alderwoman Schaefer, Alderwoman Stiehl, Alderman Rothweiler, Alderman Elmore, Alderman Weygandt, Alderman Wigginton, Alderman Barfield.
Alderman Kinsella (arrived at 5: 05 p.m.), Alderman Anthony excused.

Alderman Ferguson made a motion seconded by Alderman Weygandt to read Resolution 3393- 2020 by title only.
Members voting aye on roll call: Hazel, Duco, Pusa, Randle, Ferguson, Ovian, Dintelman, Schaefer, Stiehl, Rothweiler, Elmore, Weygandt, Wigginton, Barfield. ( 14) Alderman Kinsella arrived at 5: 05 p.m.
Discussion.
City Engineer, Michael Velloff, advised this is a continuation of the City' s streetscape project from 12th to 171h Street. This will be similar to the project that was just completed. ADA will be improved, sidewalk replacement, curb replacement, new surface of mill/fill on the street and streetlights.
Alderman Ferguson made a motion seconded by Alderman Weygandt to approve RESOLUTION 3393- 2020 A Resolution of Support for the City of Belleville 2020 Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program ( ITEP) funding application for the West Main Street 12" to 17th Streetscape project.
Discussion.
Alderwoman Duco asked if all the blocks will have four( 4) streetlamps per block; Mayor Eckert stated there was a study on the lighting. Overtime with traffic and safety the lighting is improving.
