Mayor Ed Hagnauer called the City Council Meeting to Order at 7:02 p.m.
ATTENDANCE ROLL CALL: McDowell, Schmidtke, Jackstadt, Williams, Pickerell, Elliott, Mathes, Davis, Eavenson, Koberna, Deputy Clerk Gracey, and Mayor Hagnauer were Present. Clerk Whitaker was Absent.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Koberna to approve the City Council Minutes from November 17, 2020. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Davis, second by Jackstadt to place on file the Downtown Committee Meeting Minutes from November 17, 2020. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By McDowell, second by Koberna to place on file the Monthly Report for Building & Zoning for October 2020. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By McDowell, second by Eavenson to place on file the Agenda for the Graphic Review Board December 3, 2020 with a notation a that the Meeting is Canceled. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By McDowell, second by Koberna to place on file the Agenda for the Board of Appeals December 3, 2020 with a notation that the Meeting is Canceled. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.

MOTION By Elliott, second by Mathes Suspend the Rule and Place on Final Passage an Ordinance annexing the territory commonly known as Metro East Sanitary District Property to the City of Granite City, Illinois.
