1. Doug Kittstein of Kustom Innovations would like to present to the commission his plans for development of the properties with parcel numbers 05300204001 through 05300204013 which are in the southeast quadrant of Lebanon. They are also referred to as Lots #1 through #5 and Lots #9 through #16 in Block #26. The parcels are located between Union St on the north and Prairie St on the south and between the Plum St easement on the west side and the Vine St. easement on the east.
