Belleville Memorial Hospital issued the following announcement on April 21.
MyMemorial patient portal will expire on June 5, 2021. Much of your information already has been placed on MyChart, the new patient portal for BJC HealthCare, BJC Medical Group providers and Washington University Physicians.
MyChart still gives you online access to your medical records. If you wish to keep messages from your providers, patient assessment plans or any clinical tests prior to June 2021 that are on MyMemorial, you must print them before June 5.
There are some parts of your health record that you won’t see until your provider reviews them. For example, you might not see all your medications, allergies, or medical conditions until they are reviewed and approved by your health care provider. If you have questions about the information in MyChart, you can send a message to your provider from MyChart. If you need to refill a medication you can message your provider or contact your pharmacy to request a refill.
If you are not registered as a MyChart user, please contact the MyChart Patient support desk at 314-273-1966 or toll-free at 866-273-1966. The MyChart Patient Support Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding weekends and holidays. Voicemail messages will be returned the next business day.
