The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,903.32, 1.77% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 18, 2019 for $151,000.

This property is the only sale in Highland so far in September 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Tylie J. Stamer has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 70 Chase Way B as of Oct. 10, 2020: Leah M. Wellen, 36, Tylie J. Stamer, 46, and Brett Michael John Harrison.
