On June 23, Allen L. and Danielle Jackson purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 2324 Zippel Ave., Granite City from High Tek Properties LLC for $180,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $3,809.88, which is 2.12% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 23, 2020. It last sold for $55,000.

So far in June 2021, three properties sold in Granite City.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 2324 Zippel Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Myrtle M. Poole, 93, and Charles R. Poole, 93.
