The one bedroom, one bathroom home at 2461 Becker Road, Highland was sold on Feb. 11 by Donald C. and Ruth Richter for $452,000. The buyers were Bryan Hobbie and Courtney Venhaus.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $6,103.68, 1.35% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2021, seven properties sold in Highland.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Don Richter has been registered to vote since 1964. Ruth Richter has been registered to vote since 1964.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
