On Oct. 18, Lido Gateway LLC purchased a commercial property at 22 Gateway Commerce Center, Edwardsville from Tsp Blackhawk LLC for $9,800,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $146,496.04, which is 1.49% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $4,949,772 on Sept. 19, 2017.

So far in October 2021, 24 properties sold in Edwardsville.
