On Sept. 30, Kimberly McCormick purchased a three bedroom, 0.5 bathroom home at 177 Airline Drive W., E. Alton from Thomas H. and Marva J. Ruden for $140,000.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $3,147.68, which is 2.25% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of two sales so far in East Alton in September 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Thomas H. Ruden has been registered to vote since 2001. Marva J. Ruden has been registered to vote since 1980. Kimberly A. McCormick has been registered to vote since 1994 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
