Pricing for the median home in Alhambra increased during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Alhambra rose by $51,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,500 - a 29.9% increase over the $171,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Alhambra in September 2020, as well.
