How did home prices perform in Hartford during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Hartford fell by $15,750 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,500 - a 36.4% decrease over the $43,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hartford in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Hartford for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $804, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
