Livingston home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Livingston rose by $67,150 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,000 - a 97.5% increase over the $68,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Livingston in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Livingston for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $818, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
