The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Collinsville (Madison County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Collinsville in Madison County rose by $5,200 while total sales increased by 86.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 142 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,400 - a 3.9% increase over the $133,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Collinsville in the third quarter of 2020.
