The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $2,735.68, 1.33% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was July 9, 2020. It last sold for $183,500.

So far in October 2021, 19 properties sold in Collinsville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James Allan Webb, 30, was the only registered voter residing at 52 Odom Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
