On Oct. 29, Diane Prazma and Blake Middleton purchased a three bedroom home at 1516 Garfield Ave., Granite City from Concetta M and James H Wheeler for $72,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $491.32, 0.68% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of four sales so far in Granite City in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Concetta M. Wheeler has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including 10 Democratic Primaries. James H. Wheeler has been registered to vote since 1964 and has voted in at least 12 primary elections, records show, including 12 Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
