On Oct. 22, Darlene and Vickie J Erlinger Sudbring sold their one bedroom home at 212 Seminary St. S., Collinsville to Jose Perez Aguilar for $72,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $983, 1.37% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 19 properties sold in Collinsville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Vickie J. Erlinger has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 212 Seminary St. S. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bruce Albert Erlinger, 62, Vickie J. Erlinger, 64, Rhys Murray, Alexis B. Cortes, 29, and Bruce Albert Erlinger, 34.
