The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $4,344.88, 1.85% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 23, 2015 for $152,000.

So far in October 2021, two properties sold in Godfrey.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jessica L. Tanney has been registered to vote since 2016. Michael P. Tanney has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 902 Taylor Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jessica L. Tanney, 35, Michael P. Tanney, 36, and Kathleen D. Taylor, 66.
