On Nov. 5, April McCoy and Brandy Veith purchased a three bedroom home at 729 Condit St., Wood River from Donald R. and Coral J. Lipe for $65,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $1,167.94. This is 1.8% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Wood River so far in November 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Coral J. Lipe has been registered to vote since 1980 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 14 Democratic Primaries. Donald R. Lipe has been registered to vote since 1980 and has voted in at least 13 primary elections, records show, including 13 Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
