On Oct. 22, Glen McElligott sold their one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 5 Traci Ann Court, Troy to Cody Foote and Ashley Russo for $385,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,375.84, 1.66% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 22, 2003 for $36,000.

So far in October 2021, 22 properties sold in Troy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Glen A. McElligott has been registered to vote since 2005 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including four Democratic Primaries and two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 5 Traci Ann Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jospeh A. McElligott, 33, Andrew McElligott, Adam Christopher McElligott, 26, and Glen A. McElligott, 56.
