In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $4,592, which is 2.78% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Godfrey so far in November 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 6806 Watt Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Anita R. Forsythe, 65, and Matthew A. Duncan, 30.
