The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $1,069.44. This is 1.19% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Granite City so far in November 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David L. Morris has been registered to vote since 1993 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2923 Marshall Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: David L. Morris, 51, Keli R. Beckett, 48, and Ann Yvonne Morris, 82.
