On Nov. 2, Rosie Staggs purchased a three bedroom home at 2901 Oregon Ave., Granite City from Cameron Smith and Haylee Busch for $122,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,198.88, 2.61% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Granite City in November 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Willie L. Gallas, 95, was the only registered voter residing at 2901 Oregon Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
