Pricing for the median home in Lebanon increased during December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Lebanon rose by $29,575 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $134,575 - a 28.2% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Lebanon in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,939, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
