Smithton median home prices fell by 28.1% in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Smithton fell by $100,500 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 28.1% decrease over the $358,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Smithton in December 2020.
