What happened to the median home price in Cahokia during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Cahokia fell by $6,050 while total sales decreased by 24.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $29,450 - a 17% decrease over the $35,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Cahokia in the fourth quarter of 2020.
