Median home prices in Fairmont City (St. Clair County) rose to $77,500 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Fairmont City in St. Clair County rose by $30,200 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.
