Briar Hill median home prices fell by 14.8% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Briar Hill fell by $31,709 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,541 - a 14.8% decrease over the $214,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Briar Hill in the fourth quarter of 2020.
