The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Shiloh increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Shiloh rose by $28,000 while total sales increased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,000 - a 12.2% increase over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Shiloh in the fourth quarter of 2020.
