How did home prices perform in Lenzburg during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Lenzburg rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $34,500 - a 76.9% increase over the $19,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lenzburg in the second half of 2020.
