What happened to the median home price in St. Libory during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in St. Libory fell by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 16.1% decrease over the $71,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in St. Libory in the second half of 2020.
