Fairview Heights home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Fairview Heights rose by $16,250 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 208 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 12.6% increase over the $128,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 222 homes sold in Fairview Heights in the second half of 2020.
