Pricing for the median home in Freeburg decreased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Freeburg fell by $21,000 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,000 - a 11.1% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Freeburg in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Freeburg for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,940, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
