On Nov. 23, Pamela Crummitt and Daniel Digar purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2637 Ruth St., St. Thomas from Herman Schroeder for $107,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,536.06, 1.44% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was July 19, 2016. It last sold for $57,101.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Saint Thomas as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Herman O. Schroeder has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2637 Ruth St., St. Thomas as of Oct. 10, 2020: Herman O. Schroeder, 60, Jalyn Della Schroeder, 29, and Halle E. Schroeder, 27.
