On Nov. 19, Max Douglas Law and Amberle Nicole Mikuleza purchased a two bedroom home at 2421 Sunbury Ave., Granite City from Carl R. and Carole McDonald for $118,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $792.28, 0.67% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, 37 properties sold in Granite City.

McDonald has been registered to vote since 1968 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and one Republican Primary. Carl R. McDonald has been registered to vote since 1968 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
