This home last sold for $65,000 on Aug. 18, 1999.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Wood River as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Patricia L. Droit has been registered to vote since 1988. Steven J. Helfrich has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
