On Dec. 8, David L. and Thurma J. Delay sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 508 Whispering Oaks Drive, Bethalto to Stacy Geiger for $239,900.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $5,084.04. This is 2.12% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Bethalto as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David L. Delay has been registered to vote since 1996. Thurma Jean Delay has been registered to vote since 1996.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
