On Dec. 1, Clifton L. and Silva L. Flex sold their one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 39 Autumn Glen Drive, Glen Carbon to Andrew and Paula Cohill for $305,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $7,078.52, which is 2.32% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Glen Carbon so far in December 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Clifton L. Flex has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 39 Autumn Glen Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Clifton L. Flex, 67, and Julian L. Flex, 30.
