In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $1,508.88, which is 1.21% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Dec. 8, 2003 for $65,000.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Alton as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kathi T. Young, 66, was the only registered voter residing at 3917 Sarah Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020.
