The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 2107 Lakeview Drive, Highland was sold on Dec. 27 by Shivaun Doll for $270,000. The buyers were Michael Brown and Holly Hernandez.

In 2018, the property tax paid for this property was $4,903.68, which is 1.82% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Highland so far in December 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Shivaun L. Doll has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2107 Lakeview Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shivaun L. Doll, 65, and John Valentine Doll, 31.
