On Dec. 22, Mark, Michael, Thomas and David Becherer, Diane Prazma and Janet Price sold their two bedroom home at 2734 Sunset Drive, Granite City to Thomas Becherer for $90,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,229.88, 2.48% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 35 properties sold in Granite City.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, June C. Duncan, 87, was the only registered voter residing at 2734 Sunset Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
