On Dec. 2, Tommy R Jr and Laurie S Miller purchased a two bedroom, 0.5 bathroom home at 108 Summit Ridge, Maryville from Linhoff Family (residence trust) for $230,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $3,287.32, 1.43% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Feb. 4, 2003 for $166,698.

So far in December 2021, two properties sold in Maryville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Patricia M. Linhoff, 75, was the only registered voter residing at 108 Summit Ridge as of Oct. 10, 2020.
