On Nov. 29, Cartus Financial Corp. purchased a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 125 Crestmoor Court, Bethalto from Austin and Amy Schulz for $403,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,929.12, 2.22% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 14, 2018 for $320,000.

So far in November 2021, 10 properties sold in Bethalto.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Amy L. Schulz has been registered to vote since 2019.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 125 Crestmoor Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Erik L. Floyd, 36, Randy L. Meredith, 58, Suzanne M. Meredith, 58, Amy L. Schulz, 46, and Bonnie D. Meredith, 81.
