On Dec. 29, Max Tucker purchased a one bedroom, one bathroom home at 1674 Su Twan Drive, Holiday Shores from Paul Michael and Cindy L. Burnett for $265,000.

This home last sold for $182,500 on Oct. 26, 2007.

This property is one of two sales so far in Holiday Shores in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Paul M. Burnett has been registered to vote since 2018. Cindy Lee Burnett has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1674 Su Twan Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Paul M. Burnett, 58, Dawn M Skapinski, 46, Cindy Lee Burnett, 64, and Michael a Skapinski, 52.
