On Dec. 27, Korte (revocable living trust) sold their one bedroom home at 425 Walnut St., Highland to John Mark and Denise Setar for $147,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $3,046.24, which is 2.07% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 25 properties sold in Highland.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mary Pruett, was the only registered voter residing at 425 Walnut St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
