On Dec. 21, Joshua and Colleen Pippins sold their one bedroom, one bathroom home at 111 Bethany Lane, Godfrey to Jennifer and Zachary Ansell for $189,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,636.08, 1.92% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 19, 2012 for $144,000.

So far in December 2021, 18 properties sold in Godfrey.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jennifer B. Ansell has been registered to vote since 2017. Zachary F. Ansell has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
