On Dec. 29, City of Collinsville Illinois purchased a commercial property at 8 Gateway Drive, Collinsville from L and N Partners LLC for $1,125,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $24,397.04, 2.17% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $2,050,000 on May 4, 2000.

So far in December 2021, 43 properties sold in Collinsville.
